"Twilight" is a watercolor painting. This is the entrance to the Chinook Boat Marina Harbor, Wa. at Twilight hour. It's a peaceful time with a glowing sky, that's entertaining many gorgeous colors. This entrance to the Harbor is a passageway to the mighty Columbia River, separating the state of Washington and the state of Oregon. The old pilings remind me of the history of past docks or piers for the old wooden ships or fishing boats that once graced these waters. I enjoyed trying to capture the "in between" dark and light mood that is twilight time in this watercolor painting.
