"Goodnight Sun" is a photograph. We have gorgeous sunsets on the West Coast of USA at the Pacific Ocean.I was saying Goodnight to the sun one evening, after working all day in an art gallery. I stayed for a couple hours there on the beach, taking photos and enjoying every moment, until the last rays of the sun could no longer be seen...GOODNIGHT SUN...I was so thankful to have had these precious moments in time and went home in Faith knowing that tomorrow is going to be another day...
It has been both a spiritual and emotional journey for me, from childhood on, that I'm an artist today. My paintings always start with a prayer. I have particularly enjoyed painting with watercolors and at times with oils. I give a lot of credit to my own terrific Dad, for his encouragement to grow up “Free to be, whom one is meant to be”…. The freedom to be an artist, that is always seeking, was constantly supported. I have enjoyed connecting with others through the paintings and embracing the places where I live. I've enjoyed challenging myself to express the wonderful world we all inhabit. Painting watercolors and oils are my way to express a need to glorify creation and my creator. I enjoy playing with photography as well....
