"Footprints" is a watercolor painting. This is a semi-abstract capture of pure delight! There’s nothing better for me than leaving footprints in the sand, while going barefoot at the beach. I love watching the waves roll in and making patterns on the shoreline.This is is a small 4"x4" canvas painting using watercolors with some crackllng medium.
About Cynthia Pride
It has been both a spiritual and emotional journey for me, from childhood on, that I'm an artist today. My paintings always start with a prayer. I have particularly enjoyed painting with watercolors and at times with oils. I give a lot of credit to my own terrific Dad, for his encouragement to grow up “Free to be, whom one is meant to be”…. The freedom to be an artist, that is always seeking, was constantly supported. I have enjoyed connecting with others through the paintings and embracing the places where I live. I've enjoyed challenging myself to express the wonderful world we all inhabit. Painting watercolors and oils are my way to express a need to glorify creation and my creator. I enjoy playing with photography as well....
